Dovecote Hill settlement (Bavington).

The dovecote close to the settlement and visible in the photograph above (left skyline) was built as an eyecatcher in the 18th century for the landscaped park at Bavington Hall. It was built to look like a miniature castle in Gothick style. This is a Grade II Listed Building.
